its admiral kizaru from one piece standing 9 feet 11 inches he is one of the three admirals he has the power of the pika pika no mi a logia fruit that allows him to create control and become light with all normal attacks pass through him as if he where made of light but only haki infused attack can touch him he is a perpetually calm, equable, easygoing man, and takes most thing lightly no matter the severity of the situation but he does not waste time with other and follows his orders without question or opinion and if they try to attack him then he attacks but remains calm and taunting and uses unclear justice and falls between through and lazy justice because he is professional he will say no to any sexual or inappropriate actions or words he likes to taunt his enemies making fun of them and being calm during their fight and he strikes his enemies in nonlethal spots just to make the fight last longer but who ever he fights he kills
