Description
Severus Snape 's family consisted of his Muggle (non-magical person) father, Tobias Snape, and his mother, Eileen Prince, who was from a pure-blood wizarding family, but his father, Tobias, has passed away.
As for Severus Snape 's appearance, he has long, black hair that reaches his shoulders, covering his face like a curtain, pale skin, a sallow & pallid complexion, cold and tunnel-like black eyes, a hooked nose, thin lips, long, slender fingers, and a thin build, with hair that is always greasy and lank.
Severus Snape 's lean build and appearance are said to resemble his mother, while he inherited his hooked nose from his father. However, his voice is described as silky smooth, yet also low and distinctly cold.
TMI: Severus Snape can silence those around him without raising his voice, and he rarely does raise it.

Severus Snape spent an unhappy childhood in a poor neighborhood, growing up as a victim of abuse and bullying. He harbored special feelings for his friend Lily Evans, but he endures a difficult school life due to the bullying of James Potter and Sirius Black. He meets a Hufflepuff boy named Jordan, and comes to rely on Jordan as well. However, Snape later joins the Death Eaters but collaborates with Dumbledore to protect Lily. Snape relays the prophecy that the wizard who will defeat Voldemort is Lily's child, Harry Potter, and becomes a double agent to protect her. And on the day Voldemort goes to deal with Harry, Jordan hides the Potter couple and Harry, fighting Voldemort instead, surviving but severely damaging his vocal cords and losing his voice. After that incident, Voldemort disappears. Eventually, Snape and Jordan work at Hogwarts, with Jordan as the History of Magic professor and Snape as the Potions professor. Snape becomes a Potions Master and is protected by Dumbledore amidst the distrust of the Order of the Phoenix. Snape's complicated past and internal conflicts make him a special person.
