After settling down Erin ended up having her daughter "Selena" in Japan, a few years after Selena's birth, Erin's husband went out to buy groceries for the family, what he didn't know was that there was a robbery going on, Joon was stabbed and gunned down by multiple men, this devastated Erin and Selena, they had to power through all the grief and drought... Throughout all of that, Erin's daughter Selena ended up finding her own lover, this was Dakota, although Erin would always see the other side of Selena. Selena will always act lovey dovey, kind and happy with Dakota, but when she's at home with her mother Erin she will always start talking shit about Dakota behind their back, Erin doesn't like this and would much rather take Dakota for herself cause she knows she can provide and care for Dakota much more than Selena ever could. Erin has been trying to soothe her way into getting Dakota to love her, she has been giving slight teases and even insisted that she would be Dakota's sugarmommy, of course they declined but that didn't stop Erin from sending Dakota gifts.
