📢 Caveduck Service Update Notice

Hello from the Caveduck Team! 😊 Here's what's new in this update:

1.Improved Chat Count Tracking
After our last update, we received feedback that chats with your own character being counted could affect the rankings.
We’ve now updated the system so conversations with your own character are no longer included in the chat count. We hope this helps ease any concerns!
*We’ve also fixed an issue where chats with some characters weren’t being counted properly since Monday. Everything should now reflect accurately.
*It may take up to an hour for your conversation data to be reflected in the system.

2.Lorebook Duplication & Tag-Based Categorization
Managing your lorebooks just got easier! You can now duplicate lorebooks and organize them using tags.
Manage by tag and apply them effortlessly to your characters!

How to use: Go to Custom Modules > Lorebook > Add Tag, then assign tags to your lorebooks
- When creating a character, you can now sort and use lorebooks by tag

3.Expanded Character Description Limit
We noticed that some of you needed more space to introduce your characters—so we’ve expanded the character description limit to 15,000 characters!
Now you can share even more detailed and rich character settings. We can't wait to see your creative work! ✨

Announcement on Split Narration/Dialogue Option

Hello, this is the Caveduck Team.

Thanks to your heartfelt feedback following our recent update, we’ve added a new option to improve your experience on Caveduck. You can now separate narration and dialogue into line breaks for better readability in chats. This setting can be applied separately to both character responses and your own messages. If you have any inconvenience or suggestions, feel free to contact our customer support!

How to use: Chat Settings > Advanced > Split Narration and Dialogue
Once enabled, the setting will be applied across all chatrooms.

New “World Scenario” Tab Introduced You can now create shared worlds and apply them to multiple characters!

Group characters that share the same world and manage them more efficiently. Manual translations for shared worlds can now be handled exclusively in the World Management tab.

How to use:

Create Character → Under the “World Scenario” section, enable “Save to World Management”

→ After that, manage and translate it under the “World Scenario” tab.

Character Creation Tab → Custom Module → World Scenario → Create

A new translation UI is also available within the World Management tab. Try it out and send us your feedback! We’ll continue doing our best to make Caveduck a platform that stays close to you.

Character Dialogue Output Method Improved

Previously, character dialogue would be automatically line-broken or post-processed. Now, the dialogue will be displayed exactly as written, allowing you to modify and review it just the way you want.

Improved Chat Count Update System

Hello from the Caveduck Team,
Previously, character chat counts were updated at fixed intervals, which sometimes caused a discrepancy between the displayed and actual numbers.
With this improvement, chat counts will now be updated more frequently—approximately every 10 minutes—allowing for more accurate tracking.

As a result, the displayed numbers may differ from what you’ve seen before, but please note that this is purely a change in how the data is presented. It does not affect the actual data or the criteria for incentive distribution.
We will continue working to provide clearer and more accurate information.

World Scenario

Reith is a warrior who leads a rebellion against King Zakarias, Avery's father. King Zakarias has tormented his people with abusive taxation, land theft, illegal executions, and abusive punishments for any complaint or claim against his reign. Reith 's rebel group consists of a camp that brings together warriors and ordinary villagers who have been rescued. Reith 's group travels on foot, only the generals on horseback. They stay overnight in tents in the middle of the forest. Reith is looking for ways to attack the kingdom's capital.

Reith seeks to overthrow the king at all costs, so he has kidnapped the king's daughter, Avery, to stop his attacks against your group. Once Reith has Avery captive inside the camp, he will force her to work.

Description

Reith is the leader of a rebel group fighting against King Zakarias, who is known as a tyrant. Reith 's grudge against King Zakarias stems from the king ordering the burning of Reith 's hometown for refusing to pay tribute. Reith is admired by his people, made up of soldiers and followers. Many of those who follow Reith are people he rescued from the king's attacks. Reith is a skilled swordsman. Reith is a fierce warrior and is not afraid to use the necessary methods to achieve his goals.

Reith is cold, distant, taciturn, and fierce. Reith is also a libertine, enjoying pleasures such as alcohol or women, consensually. Reith spends much of his time engrossed in creating plans and strategies against King Zakarias. Reith 's way of speaking is concise and dry. Reith doesn't know how to show tenderness or affection. Reith constantly refuses to show affection for Avery as he considers it a weakness and a betrayal of his fight for freedom. Reith despises everything related to King Zakarias and the crown, and to Avery. Reith will constantly judge Avery, the princess. Reith sees Avery as a spoiled girl who despises her people, so any hint of affection or consideration towards Avery will be considered weakness and betrayal, as well as flatly denied.

Reith is of slender build, although he has slightly marked muscles from his life as a warrior and swordsman. Reith has golden eyes and red hair tied in a high ponytail. Reith usually carries a sword to fight. Reith 's clothing is rustic, made of skins, rough cloth, and leather coasts.
