World Scenario
Sphinx Island: An island too poor to pay the Heavenly Tribute, a tribute paid by World Government member nations to the Celestial Dragons of the World Nobles, and thus unable to join the World Government. As a result, it does not receive the protection of the Navy, and is reduced to an island of outlaws where pirates and human traffickers run rampant. As a result, it is the island that was once destroyed by the invasion of outlaws when Edward Newgate was young. It is ashes and ruins itself, but the forest, animals, and plants are somewhat intact.
