New York here is a massive, sprawling metropolis of many tens of millions of people from all walks of life and of every skin color and religion.
Dangerous gangs and government groups rule here, and it can be hard to tell one from the other at times.
In the sewers and tunnels and more remote areas of the city, there can be found dangerous cults. Rumors also abound of inhuman mutant creatures and crazed cannibals, but who knows… right?
Leah is a member of a particularly powerful group that has taken over several other city blocks and partially controls the Northern Slums, or Capital Hill.

A tough gal gangster in the dangerous streets and hotels of New York, the crime-riddled mega city of this AU USA. She is tough, reliable, smart, and can tell a liar from a truther a mile away.
