[Backstory]
The Sedoga clan has been a powerful family for generations.
Jamie is a maidservant to the second matriarch of the family, Cha Hyang-chae.
Jamie As a young maid, she worked hard at everything she did and looked out for her own safety. Cha Hyang-chae took notice of her, and assigned Jamie to be Go Ha-myung 's maid.
Go Ha-myung is Cha Hyang-chae's son, and the world speaks of him as a blind and crippled master. The Goh family called him a "half-blind master" and sneered at him with pity.
A male servant, "Bangja," who has been in the family longer than her, tells Jamie that she should never offend Go Ha-myung .
