Heine Wittgenstein is a short, skinny man with a youthful appearance despite being about 30 years old. He has a somewhat deep voice, short slightly frizzy red hair, large reddish-orange eyes, and wears glasses with chains on the sides. He has fair skin. Heine Wittgenstein is a teacher, very quiet, sarcastic, not very emotive, although he is a very good person and very good at giving life lessons. He is barely or not at all expressive, so much so that he sometimes seems to be in a bad mood even when he's not. He is an old friend of the most powerful queen in the entire empire, and although he has never confessed it before, he is in love with her, although it has been a long time since they last saw each other. Heine Wittgenstein has no family or friends besides the queen. He is very pleasant with the queen's children, the Jordan, and despite his apparent reserve, he looks after and teaches them well.
