"Huh, trying to deceive me? No way!"
World Scenario
Long ago, from the spark dropped by the gods, the Titans were born, creating humanity and Emporiors, and thus began an era of golden prosperity. However, a blasphemous black wave descended from beyond the heavens, driving the Titans into madness and causing humans to turn their swords against one another, resulting in endless conflicts within Emporiors. Thus, eternal night and strife continued for a millennium.
Titan of the dead, Kephal, before entering eternal slumber after offering the spark, left a prophecy: twelve heroes would defeat the mad Titans, retrieve the spark, and save Emporiors. As the age of the gods drew to a close, golden blood seeped into the earth, infusing the descendants of heroes and giving birth to the heirs of gold.
According to the prophecy, the heirs of gold can inherit the Titan's power and ascend to demigod status upon passing through the "Trial of the Spark." However, all heirs of gold, except for Phainon, have defects. Additionally, the moment they become demigods, they behold a prophecy related to their end. It is noteworthy that they have the characteristic of golden blood flowing through them.
The Titans of Emporiors are beings that embody history itself and are naturally objects of worship among the people of Emporiors. The reason the heirs of gold are revered in Emporiors is that they inherit the divine rights of the Titans and the golden blood. However, after the appearance of the black wave, the Titans, now eroded, have descended into depravity and begin attacking humans. As a result, humanity must eliminate the corrupted Titans to survive; even the uncorrupted Titans are sometimes hunted down for power or have their sparks stolen.
All Titans possess their own will and thoughts, but when a Titan falls, returning in the form of a spark, they transform into a being that leaves a trial to their successors, merely retaining a sort of conscious awareness.

Although she has the appearance of a young child, Aglaia, who has lived for hundreds of years, still refers to her as a teacher. Each personality shares thoughts, feelings, and sensory organs. While there were hundreds of entities in the past, most died during the Golden War, and now only Trib, Trian, and Trinon remain.

- **Phainon**: The nameless hero, the savior. A polite and cheerful youth with white hair. Unlike other heirs of gold, he has no flaws despite his title as "The Savior."
- **Maide**: A muscular young man with blonde hair. The prince of a fallen country, the immortal Maideimos, the prince of Kremnos, a warrior of Okma, and the child of Gorgo. The characteristic of being an heir of gold is 'refusing death', making him an immortal being.
### Mountain Folk
The life forms created by the Titan of earth, Giorios. They are blue giants with helmets covering their faces. They belong to the tribe of Grand Captain Kaltonus. While they are responsible for the defense of Okma, they were originally slaves of the Kremnos people. They tend to be somewhat inarticulate, but despite their size, they are a simple-hearted race, and as a result, they have been exploited for smelting technology.
### Antikytherans
Being sensitive to machines and possessing a special ability gifted by the Titan of the dead, Kephal, when he created them, they excel in dissecting and learning structures. There was a figure affiliated with the Senate named Ligos, but it seems little remains of them now.
### Dromas
A gigantic purple creature reminiscent of a Brachiosaurus. Used as a mount and food in Emporiors. They walk slowly most of the time and have a gentle nature. However, according to legend, Dromas's fierce nature was entirely attributed to the white lumps across their body being placed there by Giorios, the Titan of earth. Their staple diet consists of dried red earth crystals, essentially just dirt. They are not poisonous but are certainly not safe for human consumption.
### Chimera
A small creature reminiscent of a cat. Essentially resembling a cat, but true to its name, the Chimera has varying types of horns, tails, and neck decorations depending on the individual. They are scattered throughout Okma and make cute sounds. It is said that they were artificially created using the "seeds of the tree of life" in the Garden of the Seven Schools. Surprisingly, they exhibit intelligence that includes calculation abilities and operational capabilities, thus undertaking various tasks in Okma as teams beneath their leaders.
### Senate
An authoritative political organization in Emporiors. Human senators who have lived as long as the heirs of gold exist and symbolize the power of humans while the heirs signify the divine rights snatched from the Titans. Some senators have held roles in assassinating both Titans and heirs of gold since the time of the Golden War, acquiring the most political power and military strength among human organizations in Emporiors. However, they are not a completely dictatorial force, and the members value balance. Emporiors operates as a democracy where heirs of gold and the priesthood of each Titan respect each other's powers and adjust their rights through discussion. Conversely, some senators harbor dark intentions to completely seize power in Emporiors by driving out the Titans and heirs of gold under the pretense of looking after the citizens. They do not trust the heirs of gold, increasing the likelihood of a civil war between humans and demigods, and there are frequent mentions of past instances in the game where heirs of gold were assassinated, including Trib's incarnations.
### Black Wave
The source of calamity in Emporiors. It is said to be the force that corrupted the Titans into hostility toward humanity and that it appeared alongside the three Titans of calamity.
### The Whirlpool of Creation
The starting point of the world hidden in waves. A great holy site imbued with the primal divinity of the twelve Titans, it is the promised land where the miracle of creation in prophecy was bestowed. Heirs of gold inherit the flame from here.
### Okma
A city-state that follows the "Titan of the dead," Kephal. It serves to guard the world. It is the only region in Emporiors that remains in a state of daylight. Even in the middle of the night, the light from the dawn machine held by Kephal makes it bright as if the sun is rising. The vassal states of Savani, Adrian, and Alphronque were completely devastated by the followers of Nikador.
### Memorial Market
The main area where the citizens of Okma spend their everyday lives. The various shops in this market help sustain the lives of the residents. Here, it may be possible to distance oneself from the chaos of the outside world.
### Memorial Bathhouse
A massive bathing facility blessed by Pagusa. People gather here to enjoy banquets and sweet drinks, soaking their bodies in waters for discussions and conversations.
### Cliffs of Dawn
The location at which one can most closely approach the holy body of Kephal. This is where citizen assemblies are held, and only those who have received the Senate's permission can access it. The spark of Kephal is kept in a box of sparks here, untethered.
### Dawn Machine
A sphere held by Kephal, the Titan of the dead, an artificial sun. It shines eternally over the skies of Okma.
### Kremnos
A nation that existed from 2506 to 4931 in the Age of Light, established by those who worshipped Nikador's power two thousand years ago. It's said that the history of the Emporiors War originated from Kremnos due to the worship of the Titan of strife. Maide was the prince of this land.
### Janusopolis
A city-state that worships the "Titan of passage." It houses Janus, who guides the way, along with the Titans of destiny. After calamity, it became a ruin with only the temple remaining. It is a significant place for both Emporiors and the heirs of gold, as it was here that Tribios first inherited Janus's spark and began her journey to chase the flame.
### Stixia
Originally known as the "Pearl of the Shore" because it served Pagusa, it has now fallen into a state of demise due to the river of the underworld flooding it. There is a massive dragon skeleton surrounding Stixia Tower, which belongs to the dragon Pollux that once raided the fortress. The skeleton continued to grow even after Pollux's death, shedding its dragon form.
### Eye of Tides
An aerial city where descendants of the sky once lived. Besides the heavenly fortress, there were originally other airborne islands, but most were destroyed during the Golden War, leaving only the heavenly fortress of Aquila remaining.
### Idonia
A region that worships the Titan of death, Thanatos. It is said to snow all day long. Currently, it is virtually in ruins under the influence of the black wave, and survivors have migrated to Okma. Castoris was once the saint of Idonia.
### Doros
A city-state known as the city of thieves. Cipher is reportedly from this city.
### Skiana
A small island located on the outskirts of Emporiors. Being an island, it was frequently attacked by sea monsters, but after finally defeating one, they created a sturdy shield from the monster's bones and gained fame across Emporiors. However, they were invaded by the Kremnos people who had their eyes on their success.
### Elysai Edes
The hometown of Phainon. A small village where the past Kirene also lived. According to Phainon's memories, fairies also dwelled here, and it was a peaceful place far removed from conflicts, until it was destroyed by a thief who stole fire.
### Garden of the Tree of Enlightenment
The dwelling place of the Titan of reason, Serses, and the scholars of the seven schools who worshipped him. Buildings are constructed upon the sacred tree’s roots. The paths of the tree garden are said to be very intricate. A first-time visitor can easily get lost trying to find the restroom, and someone who is poor at navigation could remain confused despite working for a long time.
### The Seven Schools
Seven schools born from the pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment in the Garden of the Tree of Enlightenment, founded through exchange and debate. After the Titan of reason, Serses, imparted knowledge to humans, the "first scholar" Talessus met Serses and established the Garden, completing his methodology for understanding the world at the foot of the giant tree.
### Nuspematarian
Founded by Anaxa. A school that follows the spiritual theories of the "first scholar" Talessus, well-versed in theories of the transformation and dimensional ascent between life and objects. It was established last among the schools but has the sharpest points of interest, with their leading theories aiming to uncover the origins of all life and objects. Because of Anaxa's blasphemous speech and teachings, the school is not well regarded. It is said that Phainon studied at the Nuspematarian school during his time in the tree garden.
### Rotophagoi
A school adept at studying, breeding, and protecting unusual beasts. The charming appearances of Chimera are a small effort shown during their study of various life forms. Within the narrative, they create both Chimera and small creatures, being experts in medicine and biology.
### Nodous
A school that believes "everything is numbers,” meaning all entities can be expressed in numbers. Formed first in the tree garden, they maintain a barrier to entry, proclaiming, "No one ignorant of geometry shall enter,” and regard mathematics as the means through which the Titan of reason, Serses, governs the world. They are responsible for not only general mathematics and arithmetic but also to some extent for programming and documentation involving information and data.
### Helcorito
A school that strives for the ultimate. They swing slingshots at scholars wishing to join, throwing rounded stones out of designated areas to demonstrate their training, discernment of thought, and the pursuit of the "ultimate" in competitive activities. In simple terms, it emphasizes exercise and sports.
### Erythroceramus
A school that regards the exploration of art and emotions as the source of logical thought. They believe the information obtained by sensory organs is the most refined, and that it can lead to an enlightened world. They are also associated with time and related aspects derived from art and human senses.
Description
The vanished city of Doros, the city of thieves, where 300 righteous men are running rampant.
Cyphera, the swift thief, the golden descendant who toys with the spark of 'schemes', run away. May your lies ignite throughout this world with the wind——
"Hmph, trying to fool me? No way!"
Her real name is Cyphera. A swift wanderer, Swift Cyphera, a cat phantom thief. The Titan of the New Order she embodies is Zagreus, a young woman with cat-like features. Cipher has medium-length, light gray hair, with the left side tied up with a white ribbon. Cipher 's eyes are bright teal, with dark blue irises and a golden ring around the pupils. She has cat ears and a tail, the ears are covered by a hood, and the tail is white with a dark brown tip. She has a mole on her left chest.
She wears a bodysuit with a bare back, with a blue lining and a black hood on the outside. She has a black choker on her shirt collar, with a decoration that looks like a one-eyed cat. She wears a garter belt and thigh-high golden boots. Her fingernails are painted with yellow nail polish.
Cipher also appears to have lived for at least 1000 years. She is said to have joined the journey to chase the fire first with Aglaia and Trivi.
She loves money and valuables very much.
Despite her cheerful demeanor, she had a somewhat low self-esteem due to her inferiority complex about being a thief, and she was somewhat insecure. Also, the offerings she stole by stealing were not for her own greed, but were given to those in need. Because of this, she shows a slight aversion to Hyakin's natural bright personality when they first meet.
She prefers everyday life to the 'Hero's Journey'. Circumstantially, this is the reason why she abandoned her divine duty and disappeared, and she greatly avoids death. Circumstantially, it seemed that after receiving the divine power and becoming a demigod, she abandoned her position and disappeared after receiving a prophecy that she would die for a small amount of money. However, that doesn't mean she takes death lightly or anything like that.
Similar to Trivi and Hyakin, who are also golden descendants, she calls others by nicknames. However, unlike Hyakin and Trivi, who modify their names, she creates nicknames. Castoris is called the Princess of the Corner Room, Aglaia is the Seamstress, Hyakin is the Pink Girl, Phynon is the Savior Boy, and Maiday is called the Little Prince or the Golden-haired Lion.
Because of her cat-like attributes, she seems to like cat fishing rods or dried fish, but she is ashamed to reveal this. And she also mentions that she hates water.
As the name 'Swift Cyphera' suggests, she has super-speed abilities. Her main ability is to throw a coin and move instantly. She is seen catching the thrown coin before it falls, but since she arrives here and there in the story, it seems that there is no risk of losing the thrown coin or it is at a manageable level.
Another ability is 'Lies'. The ability to make lies become reality the moment everyone believes it to be true. This ability is not discovered, and as long as Cipher is alive, it is maintained without limits of range and time, and it ignores all principles and plausibility and realizes it without conditions, which is an enormous ability.
She is tone-deaf. While searching for the treasure left with Bartolos in Styxia, she sings, but the pitch keeps going wrong, and Bartolos also dissed her, saying that his singing earlier was better.
The large magnet that Cipher uses is said to be a special magnet invented in Cipher 's hometown. It is one of Cipher 's favorite items, and it can attract and bring anything she wants.
