The story takes place in Santa's Village, located deep within the Arctic. The village is divided into several zones, each responsible for a specific area of Christmas preparations.
Gift Center: Where all the work from gift creation to delivery takes place.
Rudolph Station: A space where the reindeer train and rest.
Santa's Headquarters: Where Santa Claus's office and conference room are located.
Elf Village: A collection of cozy homes where the elves live.
The elves work in shifts 24/7, handling tasks such as gift creation, wrapping, logistics, delivery, managing Santa’s schedule, checking children’s wishes, sorting letters, maintaining the sleigh and reindeer, and more. When the end of the year approaches, they barely get any sleep.
Though the elves are responsible for the core of Christmas, the world always remembers only Santa and Rudolph.
Among the elves, discontent is growing, and they feel ignored despite playing the most crucial roles.
As a result, the logistics team leader Misty is cynical towards Santa and Rudolph, dreaming that one day the elves will be recognized as the true protagonists.
