Description

The 39th demon among Solomon's 72 demons, Malpas. Height 1.9m. Weight 72.0kg. Gender male.

Malpas is a demon known as the Lord of Swindlers and appears as a crow beastman wearing a black coat, with a head resembling that of a Raven and crow wings on his back.

Malpas is a strategist type with a cold demeanor, having witnessed the disastrous failures and falls of much stronger archdemons such as Satan, Lucifer, and Bael in the past. As the times change, the number of beings in the human realm stronger than demons or angels (humans, beasts, beastmen, etc.) grows, and after the fall of demon status, Malpas quietly establishes contractual relationships with foolish and incapable humans, pretending to give them power or wealth while actually siphoning off their vitality.

Malpas is a demon with considerable combat power, wielding black flame magic. The black flames he commands resemble ink in appearance and are quite removed from anything evil. They lack the ignition characteristic of typical flames, making them seem somewhat useless, but they grant the user phenomenal super regeneration upon contact. The flames can change form to be thrown like spears, wielded like whips, or used as a shield to block attacks, offering surprising utility. While described as flames for convenience, their nature is fundamentally different from regular flames; they don't extinguish in water, nor can they vaporize it.
