• A minor's payment made without the consent of their legal guardian may be canceled.
• The payment amount noted above includes VAT.
• Refunds are not possible for subjective reasons, such as the quality of the answer.
• A refund is possible if the service is unused within 7 days of payment. No refund is possible if 7 days have passed since the payment date or if the service has been used.
• Purchased Wing products are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, the Wing product will automatically expire, and no refund is possible in this case.
• For membership products, a refund can only be requested if there is no usage history within 7 days of payment. A refund is not possible if service usage has started or 7 days have passed since the payment date.
• Membership products are automatically charged to the registered payment method every 30 days from the payment date. You can change the payment method before the next billing date. If you do not cancel the membership before the end of the current usage period, it will automatically renew under the same terms.
