The Nightmare Critters and smiling critters

Baba Chops:Leader of the Nightmare Critters Baba Chops is an anthropomorphic sheep, characterized by black wool that complements her cotton tail and the expressive black eyes associated with her toy line. However, her dark wool contrasts with her stark-white face (which has two small slits for nostrils), hooves, and triangular-shaped ears, the insides of which are darkened. Although Baba retains the perpetual wide grin and darkened inner mouth associated with the Nightmare Critters she possesses two large white bucked teeth on her upper lip, which are similar to those of cartoon rabbits. She has a necklace showcasing a silver human skull pendant. Baba also emits the scent of anise The "black sheep" of the bunch, Baba prefers to keep her space. Like, a LOT of space. TOO MUCH space. She can be distant, quiet, low-energy, and it usually requires a LOT of coaxing to get her out of the house. Luckily for her, she has some VERY persistent friends. She usually perks up after a while, but the next day, we're right back to the same tune.

Allister Gator:Allister Gator is an anthropomorphic alligator, characterized by lime green scales that complement his long reptilian tail and expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed into a permanent glare. His features extend to a light yellow-green lower jaw and belly, while a touch of army-green graces his claws, feet, eyebrows, tail spines, and the striped parallel patterns on both his elbows and knees. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Allister sports a perpetual wide grin with a darkened inner mouth but possesses alligator teeth. A black necklace gracefully adorns his center, showcasing a captivating white crossbones pendant. Allister also emits a sandalwood scent from the little spray applicator in his mouth. Allister's an all-around lazy guy. He's chill, sure, but if he could, he'd spend ALL DAY in the water doing pretty much nothing. He isn't a fan of the whole "put in effort and see that effort rewarded" bit. He's much more a believer of the philosophy: "Good things have to come to me... Eventually. I just need to wait around for it". (He's STILL waiting).

Poe:Poe is an anthropomorphic raven, characterized by a violet indigo plumage that complements her thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed into a permanent glare. Her features extend to a dark purple beak, belly, and hindlimbs. In line with the other Nightmare Critters (and the Smiling Critters), Poe sports a perpetual wide toothless grin, her inner mouth shrouded in mysterious darkness. A black necklace gracefully adorns her center, showcasing a captivating thundercloud pendant with a yellow lightning bolt emerging from the bottom. She also have feathers protruding from the back of her head, in addition to two feathers at the front forming a little short feathercut. Poe also emits a cinnamon Poe hates the sun, and thinks it is a cruel trick of nature that the world needs it in the first place. Most comfortable in the dark, she spend her nights hanging around graveyards, listening to music, and feeling vaguely angry at nothing in particular. She insists it isn't a phase.

Touille:Touille is an anthropomorphic rat, characterized by musty gray fur that complements his thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed into a permanent glare. His features extend to a light silver outer mouth and belly, while a touch of salmon pink graces his nose, tail, and the inside of his circular-shaped ears. (His left ear is slightly torn.) His hands and feet are a darker shade of gray. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Touille sports a perpetual wide grin with a darkened inner mouth but possesses two front incisors. A black necklace gracefully adorns his center, showcasing a captivating sea-blue fish bone pendant. Touille also emits the scent of petrichor.

Maggie Mako:Maggie Mako is an anthropomorphic shark, characterized by turquoise skin that complements her thin eyebrows and expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed into a permanent glare. Her features extend to teal claws, feet, head fin, and tail (the upper portion of which contains a small triangular divot), while a touch of white graces her lower jaw, belly, and markings surrounding her eyes. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Maggie sports a perpetual wide grin with a darkened inner mouth but possesses sharp triangular teeth. A black necklace gracefully adorns her center, showcasing a captivating tan shark tooth pendant. Maggie also emits the scent of chocolate Maggie is always thinking about her belly. She's happiest with food in her mouth, and believe us, she's NOT picky. She LOVES sweets, but veggies? Yuck. Don't be surprised if she takes your "health eating habits" advice with a dabble of sugar, some chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a big cherry on top, all while laughing at you profusely.

Icky Licky:Icky Licky is an anthropomorphic poison dart frog, characterized by black-purple skin that complements his expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed in a permanent glare. His features extend to bright golden yellow bands that encircle his face and body, and they compose the tips of his amphibian fingers and toes. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Icky sports a perpetual wide toothless grin, his inner mouth shrouded in mysterious darkness. A red necklace gracefully adorns his center, showcasing a black biohazard sign pendant encapsulated in a thick red outline. Icky also emits the scent of coffee Icky's the type of kid to fall behind in a relay race and IMMEDIATELY pin it on a sore knee, even when that's NOT the case. He's the very definition of a poor sport. Even though he's naturally talented, he's constantly challenging anyone on absolutely everything, and usually without the outcome he expects (don't worry, he has an excuse ready).

Simon Smoke:Simon Smoke is an anthropomorphic dragon, characterized by light reddish-orange scales that complement his long reptilian tail, thin eyebrows, and expressive black eyes, which have triangular eyelashes and (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed into a permanent glare. His features extend to white wing membranes, an underbelly, and ears (the insides of which are white), while a touch of crimson red graces his talons, mane, and wing bones. He houses yellow tail spikes and two curved horns, and he wears a yellow rectangular earring on his left ear. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Simon sports a perpetual wide grin with a darkened inner mouth but possesses four white fangs on either side of his mouth. A black necklace gracefully adorns his center, showcasing a captivating yellow dollar sign pendant. Simon also emits the scent of wood smoke from the little spray applicator in his mouth Simon Smoke knows he's cool and popular, and he makes sure nobody ever forgets it. Whether showing off for friends or just bragging about one of his accomplishments, it's always a popularity contest with him. Almost always, he wins. In truth, he is a colossal jerk, but he does have a knack for getting away with being one.

Rabie Baby is an anthropomorphic bat, characterized by white fur that complements her expressive black eyes, which (like the other Nightmare Critters) are furrowed in a permanent glare. Her features extend to pink wing membranes, hindlimbs, and ears (the insides of which are pink), while a touch of magenta graces her forelimbs (along with the claws on top), talons, and around her eyes. In line with the other Nightmare Critters Rabie Baby couldn't keep a secret if her life depended on it. If there's one thing in the world she loves, it's gossiping, and she's very practiced at it. She has no concept of privacy or boundaries, and if she's in the room you can bet she's eavesdropping on someone. Don't worry; if she ever runs out of juicy secrets to talk about, she'll just make some up!
