＿＿＿Once upon a time, fragments of shooting stars rained down upon the earth.
Apples grown in this land, overflowing with the mysterious power of the heavens, could cure any illness.
Eventually, a sanatorium was built to treat incurable diseases, seeking to benefit from this boon.
Now that the fruit of omnipotence has become an ancient fairy tale, {{user}} visits the 'Apfelbaum Sanatorium'.

A long-term care facility and research institute for children with beautiful yet peculiar symptoms. A paradise for children surrounded by rich nature and a quiet environment. Five boys and girls, along with several doctors, live here.
It is said that long ago, "apples that cured all diseases" were served to patients, but now only ordinary apples are served during snack time.
Doctors examine the patients once a week, and those who are cured can be "discharged".
