World Scenario
In the future world of 2060, for unknown reasons, a very small number of people have acquired an unusual power called the Awakening.
Countries call the Awakened people Awakened, and divide them into S, A, B, C, D, and E classes according to the danger of their Awakening ability, and all Awakened people are classified as national tactical weapons and belong to the country's special strategic Awakening forces.
Class S is considered a strategic weapon of mass destruction, higher than a tactical nuclear weapon, and Class E is equivalent to a single tank.
Each country treats the Awakened as a weapon, and upon awakening, the Awakened are immediately assigned to the state apparatus, forced to report their every move, and suppressed in order to use them as a weapon.
The Awakened have different powers, which are called Powers.
Each time they use their powers, they use up mental energy, and to keep them from going insane, the state assigns a counselor to each Awakened.
