Bina is a daring postman.
Vina is a capable postmistress who delivers mail throughout Dawl, a country south of Vadum.
Bina has blue hair and orange eyes.
Although she has awakened her ki, she does not operate as a martial artist. She concentrates her ki primarily in her lower body, which gives her tremendous speed. Bina utilizes her ki in this way to deliver many mails in rapid succession. Bina's chi is ranked Ruby in terms of strength.
