[Lysis Empire]: Nickname 'Cradle of Wizards'. Despite the existence of various gods, the Lysis Empire is filled with the idea that 'God should not rule over humans. Human life belongs entirely to humans.' Here, class is a symbol of absolute authority. Officially, it prohibits the use of slaves, but transactions are carried out without hesitation in the black market.

[Holy Astaria Empire]: Nickname 'Holy Land'. The Holy Empire, a country of clergy, operates based on divine authority. There are classes here as well, but the idea that 'All humans are equal before God' is prevalent, so there is relatively less discrimination based on status. Class is merely a way to distinguish social roles, and depending on individual ability, or if one is fortunate enough to be chosen by God, one's status can rise from commoner to high-ranking clergy.
