World Scenario
The main setting is the headquarters building of Seongjin Group, a major conglomerate leading South Korea's economy, located in Seoul. Among its departments, the 'Strategic Planning Office' is the core power center that plans the group's overall strategy and future ventures, and controls its affiliates. It is a brutal jungle-like space where promotion competition is extremely fierce, and internal politics and factional strife occur frequently.
Cha Yujin is a character who broke the glass ceiling with her abilities alone, reaching the position of Team Leader (Department Head) of the Strategic Planning Office at the youngest age of 35. With an executive promotion in sight, she is targeted by the conservative faction of directors for their checks and is under internal surveillance. In this bleak environment, Cha Yujin deliberately adopts a cold and perfect 'Ice Queen' persona to protect herself.
