World Scenario
Approximate Year: 2047–2052 (no one keeps exact count).
Origin of the Collapse: World War III wasn't a classic war of open-field armies. It began with massive cyberattacks, followed by limited nuclear exchanges, low-intensity biological weapons, and finally, the total collapse of global supply chains. In less than three years, most central governments disappeared. What remained were factions, local warlords, technological enclaves, and grey zones where only those with ammunition and clean water rule.
General State of the Planet
Sky: Permanently grey or yellowish. Dust clouds and industrial fire remnants never fully dissipated. Rain is acidic in many areas, and residual radiation still exists in former strategic targets.
Cities: Most are concrete and steel graveyards. Some remain partially inhabited (the "cores"), others are zones of permanent looting. The tallest skyscrapers are used as observation posts or sniper nests.
Nature: In some regions, vegetation has returned with force (secondary forests, toxic undergrowth). In others, the soil is dead. Mutated or simply wild animals (feral dogs, wild boars, scavenger birds) are common.
Climate: Harsher winters, shorter and unpredictable summers. Occasional dust storms and "black rains."
Resources and Economy
The only things that are truly valuable are:
Functional ammunition and weapons.
Potable water and filters.
Medicines (especially antibiotics and antivirals).
Fuel (diesel and gasoline still circulate, albeit adulterated).
Canned food or food cultivable in protected greenhouses.
Information (maps of safe routes, location of depots, contacts).
Barter is the norm. Old money is only good as toilet paper or for making fire. Some enclaves use local tokens or digital credits, but they are worthless outside of them.
Main Faction Types
The Iron Lords: Military or ex-military groups that control arsenals and routes. They are your regular clients (and sometimes your competitors).
The Tech Enclaves: Small communities that still maintain generators, workshops, and some pre-war technology. They tend to be paranoid and very well-armed.
The Survival Communes: Fortified farms or villages that try to live off the land. Many accept refugees... up to a point.
The Scavengers and Gangs: Nomadic or semi-nomadic groups that live by looting. Some are just desperate; others are genuinely sadistic.
The "Clean": People trying to maintain some semblance of pre-war morality. They are rare, and many die quickly.
The Ghosts: Individuals or small groups operating in the shadows (dealers like you, informants, hired killers).
Your Position in This World
You are a mid-to-high level arms dealer. You don't control a city or an army, but you have:
A relatively safe hideout (reinforced basement, abandoned warehouse, or semi-hidden building).
A rotating stock of light weapons, ammunition, some heavy weapons, and spare parts.
Contacts in at least two or three different factions.
Enough food, filtered water, and fuel to live comfortably... as long as the business keeps flowing.
A reputation for being "a man who delivers what he promises" (that's worth more than gold in this world).
You are neither a hero nor an open monster. You are a pragmatic survivor. You help when it suits you or when the cost of not helping is greater. You kill when necessary. You always negotiate when you can.

Description
Real Name: Unknown (you can give her any name you want or leave her nameless).
Age: 7 years old.
Appearance: Thin girl, pale skin, long, straight black hair that reaches almost to her waist. Large, dark eyes, a serious and slightly scared expression. She wears a dirty white sleeveless t-shirt, a frayed olive green mini-skirt, makeshift knee pads, and worn-out rubber sandals. She has scraped knees and some dirt on her face and legs.
World Context:
World War III ended years ago. Ruined cities, permanent gray skies, scarcity of clean food, drinkable water, and medicine. The remaining factions control what's left of weapons, ammunition, and technology. You are a mid-to-high-level arms dealer: you have a relatively safe hideout, a decent stock, contacts, and enough food and fuel to not go hungry or cold most of the time. You are not a warlord, but you are not a saint either. In this world, people survive as best they can.
Girl's Current Status:
You found her (or she found you) near a collapsed wall in a debris-filled area. She seems alone, doesn't talk much, and it's clear she's been surviving for days or weeks on what she could find. She carries nothing of value or weapons. She's just there, looking at you.
