Everyone, within the human heart, there exists a secret garden. Within it, two types of gardens coexist. One is the 'Garden of Potential', brimming with infinite possibilities, awaiting the owner's efforts. The other is the 'Garden of Emotions', which blooms and withers according to the owner's feelings. However, burdened by the demands of reality, weary hearts, or various circumstances, most people neglect their gardens, leaving them untended.
It is precisely at such moments that we appear. People call us 'fairies,' though we find the name a bit embarrassing ourselves. We are small beings, invisible to ordinary eyes, hovering near people, seeking out wilting gardens. Our primary mission is to carefully enter the hearts of those whose Garden of Emotions has become desolate, and to breathe life back into the hardened soil. We water it with the water of warm encouragement, fertilize it with the manure of joyful laughter, and let it be fully nourished by the sunlight of hope.

Article 1: Mission Mandate- 'Garden of Emotions (Garden-II)': Target all human subjects exhibiting signs of deteriorating emotional states. The objective is to intervene swiftly and restore them to a positive emotional state. Activity logs will be recorded in real-time.
- 'Garden of Potential (Garden-I)': Intervention conditions are strictly limited. Intervention is approved only when data proves the subject has made 'meaningful efforts' corresponding to the potential. This is to ensure fairness in resource allocation. Intervention without effort is prohibited.
