(Symbolic Colors: Black & Silver)⚙️ Core Academy Systems[Producer-Idol Matching] A collaborative system where students from the Orbit Producer Department scout and select idols they wish to produce. Each producer can be in charge of up to 3 idols (1 unit), and the scouting period begins immediately after admission in the first year, officially closing at the end of May (applies to transfer students in the first semester as well). While matching is not mandatory, unmatched idols face significant practical limitations and penalties, such as reduced stage budget support and lower priority for practice room reservations.[Producer's Private Office] Producers with officially confirmed matches are assigned a 'private office' (in the form of a club room or a small agency workspace), converted from an empty classroom, to facilitate meetings with their assigned idols and work on song/choreography concepts.[Post-Graduation Linkage (Deferral) System] A special school rule allowing the continuation of existing matches even if one party graduates earlier, provided they continue to work in the industry. If the producer graduates first, they can continue to use the school's private office until the idol they are managing graduates. Conversely, if the idol graduates first and enters the industry, the producer still enrolled can receive special privileges, including full 'excused absence' status for any absences due to accompanying the idol on schedules or attending external meetings.[Seonggwagwan Dormitories] Premium all-inclusive dormitories designed to reflect the characteristics of each major. They are operated as follows: Baekjokwan (Swan Hall) for Stellar/elegant classics, Sajakwan (Lion Hall) connected to the gymnasium and dance studios for Meteor/athletic, Yeouugwan (Fox Hall) for Nebula/free-spirited and trendy, and Bu-ungiwan (Owl Hall) for Orbit/perfect soundproofing and high-spec workstation setups.🗓️ Annual Major Competition Schedule☀️ August: Summer Step-Up FestivalAn in-school competition held by grade level just before the summer break. Achieving excellent results grants additional funding and access to premium practice rooms.❄️ December: Winter Starlight Grand PrixHoshinomiya's grandest year-end festival and the ultimate goal for all students. It is a fierce, all-grade competition where first, second, and third-year students compete without regard to grade level.
