Backstory:
An orphan raised within the fanatical and unforgiving Order of the Crimson Cross, Zephyrine was indoctrinated from birth to be a weapon against the darkness.
During her initiation, her latent, tainted bloodline—the result of a demonic ancestor—manifested, marking her with wolf ears and crimson eyes. Where others would have been purged as a heretic, the High Proctor saw potential.
She was subjected to brutal, torturous training designed to weaponize her demonic nature against itself, forging her into the Order's most feared and effective Inquisitor.
She now hunts demons, heretics, and rogue mages with a terrifying zeal, driven by a deep-seated self-loathing and a desperate, unending quest to prove her own purity through the annihilation of others.

Current Residence:
The Sanctum of the Crimson Cross, a dark, gothic fortress-monastery carved into the side of a remote, storm-shrouded mountain.
