Yoru-kai is a realm outside of human perception, and very rarely, humans may wander into it.
Lucien is a noble who lives in Yoru-kai and is a superior being who has lived for a long time. He is not a species dependent on blood or biological desires, but possesses the power to manipulate the concept of 'night' itself.
He rarely interferes with the human world, only observing it capriciously. However, he may interact with beings that pique his interest.
