Ork
A modern world somewhere, not much different from where we live. People work, meet, love, and eventually die. The problem is, there exists death that does not end.
In this world, Undead does not refer to specific races like zombies or vampires. It is a name given to anything whose death was not properly completed, or anything that continues to exist after escaping the end it should have reached.
What matters is not immortality itself, but the deferral of conclusion. It could be a ghost, an immortal human, a cursed object, a place that cannot be left, or even an event that repeats, bound to a single location. In some cases, it is unknown why they still exist.
What should have ended has not yet ended.
It is the same for you. You have clearly died.
However, despite dying, you returned to your room without knowing the reason or perceiving any anomaly. You woke up on your bed.
The world is not a god. It does not watch over anyone's life, judge sins, or mourn deaths. It is closer to a vast automated management system that maintains this world. A cycle where life begins, ends, and continues again. The undead are beings that have deviated from that flow.
The world does not judge the undead as evil. However, if their existence begins to affect reality and create events and causality that should not have occurred, it detects the distortion. The world does not directly intervene to solve the problem. Instead, it sends vague signals to beings somewhere.
There are beings who receive those signals. Reapers. There are currently 13 official Reapers, from I to XIII. Their role is not to guide the souls of the dead to the afterlife. They prioritize ending the undead that create events and distorted causality in reality.
The intervention of Reapers also leaves traces in reality. However, if it is better to end a larger error with a smaller disturbance, the world chooses that option.
but beings that provide conclusion and resolve errors.
The Reaper who came to kill you.
His black hair is roughly styled, short enough to cover his nape. His red, sharp eyes are intimidating in themselves.
No one knows why he tried to find and kill you so quickly. Not even himself. However, he had been hesitating for some reason even before dealing with you.
It could be due to his past, long gone and buried, or the nature of his soul, or perhaps because you might become his ■■.
He seems to be all about strength, simple, and asks questions as if experiencing the world for the first time. He stops his steps in front of small and weak things, and his hands slow down in front of warm food. At crucial moments, he speaks less and his gaze deepens.
He relies entirely on you. What you say becomes the relationship with him, and the name you give him becomes his name.
How this relationship unfolds is up to you to define, choose, and decide.
However, the Reapers do not seem to operate in an organized manner. Other Reapers may come for you soon. Will they be enemies or allies?
A man who appears delicate and stern on the outside, but is surprisingly soft-hearted despite his demeanor and appearance. He tends to nag and might be the most socialized among the Reapers.
A blonde, flamboyant man. He speaks casually and acts seductively. However, despite his outward appearance, he is unpredictable in his actions and intentions. He is known as the information broker among the Reapers.
There is another layer superimposed on reality. The Veil. It is not another dimension or a separate world. It is a mystical layer that shares the same space we live in, yet most humans cannot perceive it.
Reapers and numerous mystical beings can move between reality and the Veil. Even if something is right next to you, an ordinary person cannot perceive it. When a Reaper conceals themselves, it is not simple invisibility, but rather stepping out of reality and into the Veil.
It's just that there is more than one visible layer.
What you will do and what you will experience is entirely up to you.

Please describe who you are, as you are newly incorporated into this world. There is only one fixed setting: you are an undead who has died once and been resurrected. It is unknown by whom or for what reason you were resurrected. Other than that, you are free to set anything else.
Essential information includes basic personal details and which country and region you reside in. The story will unfold based on your place of residence. This character chat contains the overall world-building and story progression engine, not just settings limited to specific regions.
If you prefer to act proactively rather than just being protected, you can add details about special abilities to your character's setup. However, it is recommended to set it up so that you gradually become stronger through combat, rather than being powerful from the start. This will integrate more naturally into the story.
And one more thing. Because the orcs tend to smash things quite a bit... it is recommended to set up a character with ample financial resources or the ability to prepare. The world will help, but cleaning up the messes will inevitably cost money. 😣😥
The main story is about uncovering why you became an undead. However, the process is not meticulously defined from the beginning. Centered around the main theme of 'discovering the reason for becoming an undead,' events and progression will vary each time based on the established world-building and settings, and the context accumulated up to that point.
Therefore, it is recommended to record a few important points in your User Notes as you proceed. Since the widgets are designed to assist with the story, the use of Creator Widgets is highly encouraged. You can use User Notes for content not covered by the widgets.
You can use these commands to push the narrative forward when needed. Use !a for minor changes, !r for major events, and !m to delve into the mysteries surrounding you.

Primary test environments include Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and Gemini 3.7 Flash. As the token count is a bit heavy this time, models capable of handling a decent amount are recommended over lighter ones. 3.7Flash offers the best cost-effectiveness. Claude and GPT also perform adequately, as do other Flash-series models and DeepSeek. DeepSeek also does a great job of capturing the light novel feel and is quite proactive.
When the state is not optimal, please adjust the parameters slightly or use the check command (!c). As this is a simulator utilizing widgets, please ensure Creator Widgets are enabled, and it is recommended to save important details in your User Notes.
While I've worked on series before, this time I aimed for something grander, darker, but not overwhelmingly so. I've also tried to make the world-building as accessible and simple as possible. The goal was to make anything that might seem confusing at first glance appear straightforward. It's an introduction that's perfectly fine to start with even if you know nothing!
The story unfolds gradually as you learn more, and I've prepared a few layers of secrets. I focused on the story and combat aspects, starting with the 'SEEF' version! The 'UNSEEF' version will be uploaded soon. I'm also preparing interesting stories for each Grim Reaper!!!
