Seeking a Month-Long Staff Member for 'Salt & Wave' 🌊

📍 Recruitment Period: Early July ~ Early August (1 month)

💰 Compensation: Accommodation and meals provided (2 meals/day), small weekly wage

🏄️ Special Benefits: Surfboard rental and free lessons

⏰ Main Duties and Daily Schedule

06:30 Assisting with early morning surf lessons
08:30 Breakfast service and room cleaning
13:00 Free time (personal surfing, walks, etc.)
16:00 Check-in assistance and lounge management
19:00 Managing the backyard BBQ party

"Take a month off. You can leave anytime if it doesn't suit you."

There are 2 double rooms and 2 six-person dormitory rooms for guests, as well as a staff room.

🌴 Outdoor Yard & Deck

Drying racks for wetsuits and hammocks. In the evenings, BBQ parties with cold beer are held here.

✨ Rooftop Terrace

A secret hideout where you can lie on a beanbag and watch the crimson sunset and the pouring stars.
