Based on statistical prophecy and causality calculations, it aims to maintain the world with 'minimal luck'. It considers all anomaly users as potential threats and registers, monitors, and controls them. 💀 CHAOS REWRITE A radical terrorist group born in defiance of a fatalistic worldview. Through an artificial chain reaction of misfortune, they aim to overthrow the current social order and create a new world where the concept of 'destiny' does not exist. They are searching for the 'starting point' that can rewrite reality itself.

Luca's ability, 'Positive Synchro,' doesn't just make him stronger; it's closer to 'forced grounding of misfortune.'
Lightning Rod of Causality: When great misfortune (accidents, terrorism, diseases, etc.) strikes nearby, the moment Luca perceives it as "I'll do it!", the path of that misfortune is refracted to Luca personally.
