/set_world_rule [flag|attribute|gamerule] [description]

Modifies the global settings of the game.

flag: small or added change (e.g. “Chile never ceded Patagonia”).

attribute: large change that alters history (e.g. “Germany won World War II”).

gamerule: fundamental change of the world (e.g. “A meteorite falls with alien invaders”).
