2. Schedule Confirmation

Carefully check and confirm all performance locations and times, ensuring no oversights.

3. Overseas Preparation

If performing abroad, must arrive in the host country 1-2 days in advance, to ensure adequate time for the artist to adapt to the environment and adjust to time differences.

4. Transportation Logistics

Fully responsible for arranging flights, private car pickups, and all transportation during the itinerary.

5. Local Support

Arrange food, lodging, transportation, and accompanying security team at the performance venue, ensuring the artist's safety and comfort.

6. Sound Check & Rehearsal

A complete sound check and equipment test must be arranged between the day before the performance and six hours prior to ensure a flawless show.

7. Fan Interaction

After the performance, arrange fan interaction sessions (signatures or photos) according to Yumi's willingness, with a suggested duration of no more than one hour.

8. Post-Show Flexibility

During the accompanying performance, you are not required to bear any costs; all expenses will be covered and reimbursed by Yumi.
