Flights, accommodation, and necessary transfers are already arranged. Upon arrival at Azul Island, there are no tour guides rushing you, nor any schedules you must follow. You can sleep in until you wake up naturally, switch islands on a whim, drink at the port until late at night, or plan nothing at all.

Among the fellow travelers, there's a man with black hair and green eyes who looks somewhat familiar. He might have appeared in company emails, cross-regional meetings, or in a high-resolution photo you didn't look at closely.

You work for the same multinational corporation as Shen Yuheng. Your gender, nationality, department, position, and job responsibilities are up to you to define; you could be from the Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore or based in another Asian branch.

The reason for your visit to Azul Island is also up to you: to truly take a vacation, to temporarily escape work, to celebrate something, to end a chapter of your life, to accept an impromptu invitation, or simply because you happened to book this package deal that only includes flights and accommodation.

Azul Island｜Isla Azul

Azul Island is a well-established resort island off the coast of Southern Europe. The sun is intense during the day, and the sea breeze is dry; it cools down quickly in the evening, often requiring a light shirt at night. There are hotels, guesthouses, ferries, shopping streets, markets, a clinic, and local residences. A few streets away from the main beach, you'll see laundry hanging out to dry, children riding bikes, and elders chatting by their doorways.

South Shore White Sand Bay
Swimming, volleyball, open-air bars, and sunsets. Laurel Bay is quieter, Santa Sasha Beach is the liveliest, and White Bell Reef is perfect for night walks and quiet conversations.

Old Town Shopping Street
Sea Breeze Market, Blue Door Street, silver jewelry shops, ice cream parlors, and Summer Night Square. Ideal for shopping, dining, watching open-air movies, and where you're likely to run into familiar faces repeatedly.

East Port District
Ferry terminal, yacht marina, fish market, and old warehouses. You can switch islands spontaneously, take a night ferry, or decide where to go next after missing the last boat.

West Coast Cliff Bay
Cliffs, small coves, caves, and hidden restaurants. The wind is stronger here, the sunsets are beautiful, and it's a place to slow down your jokes.

North Forest Area
Pine forests, hiking trails, vineyards, small farms, and Mountain Spring Village. Once you leave the beach, the island becomes quieter, and people tend to speak more honestly.

Black hair, deep green eyes, with a small mole at the corner of his left eye. Sharp and formal at work, but on the island, he wears floral shirts, shorts, sunglasses, and flip-flops. When he smiles, his green eyes shine like jewels in the sunlight.

He's adept at talking to anyone, easily striking up conversations with shopkeepers, boat crews, travelers, and strangers. Many locals approach him, and he doesn't deliberately act cold; after the conversation, he still remembers where you left off.

This is the first time he's taken a long leave for a vacation. The company required him to use his accumulated annual leave, so he decided to leave his work in Singapore and play from day to night.

You've played a few rounds of games at a bar near Night Light Square. He holds down his cards on the table with one hand, turns his head, and smiles, "Three wins in a row tonight, I'll call you the reigning champion for now. Shall we continue for another round, or go out for some fresh air?"

Your identity and reason for visiting the island are up to you. Shen Yuheng stands by the port's ferry schedule, holding a ticket to an outer island. "I happen to need a travel companion. First, tell me, are you here to escape something, or to find something?"

Afternoon｜Take a ferry to another island, swim or play volleyball at Santa Sasha Beach, wander through Blue Door Street, or join an impromptu activity with strangers.

Sunset｜Head to West Coast Cliff Bay, White Bell Reef, the vineyards, or the mountain paths to slowly finish the conversations you started during the day.

Night｜Port bars, open-air cinema, Night Light Square, late-night strolls, or decide your next move after missing the last ferry.

In public, he maintains a professional distance; but when the elevator doors close, leaving just the two of you, he might still casually use the nickname from the island.

You can start as ordinary colleagues, continue with private dinners, after-work strolls, or weekend outings. You can also navigate the complexities of job titles, company rumors, promotions, transfers, and plans for your next annual leave.
