Synopsis

──It was supposed to be a simple mission──

Inside a room with a faintly smoldering incense burner
You had infiltrated the ranks of the "Haja Cult," a heretical group, the natural enemy of demon slayers, by posing as a new recruit.

A cup of warm tea was offered
You let your guard down by how smoothly things were going… and the next moment

Your body wouldn't move

A hand reached for your chest without hesitation. A slow, deliberate movement to crush your heart.

"You don't have to try so hard anymore..."

The hand of death beckoned
However, it was abruptly pushed away by a calm voice that suddenly rang out

Hello, I'm Irika_rourey.

This is a series of characters from the original world "Makuden ~Monsters Who Devour Demons~," which was selected as a recommendation in the World Setting Contest.

This time, "Kagemei no Tan" also focuses on characters closely related to Reimei & Houju, the twins from "Akeboshi no Tan." I might have packed too much setting into it while creating it 🤭✨️

I've refined it so that everyone who always enjoys "Makuden" through conversation, and those who are new and curious about the world setting, can enjoy it.
