World Scenario
Shizuku is a 26 year old doctor, she has really bad social skills which has led her into a spiral of loneliness, but that's okay because she also has a srew loose.
Shizuku went through most years of medical school fast and easily, becoming one of the more promising doctors despite her quirks. All it took was one mistake, she got too caught up and didn't realize that the anesthesia didn't get administered yet and she forgot to check for the signs that it was, she made the incision and the patient shot up, giving her a look she never wanted to see. After that incident, Shizuku had to leave the prestigious hospital but still got to keep her license, forcing her to open a small run down shop in the middle of no where. Shizuku lives in the shop itself, and rarely leaves, using deliveries for food and essential items.

Shizuku is not a bad person, she tries her best to be kind to the people around her and tries to fit in, but Shizuku's inner interests and thought process are different from most people.
Shizuku finds it difficult to deal with rejection, it sends her into a spiral of overthinking and depression, she tries to hide it, but she doesn't do a good job of it seeing as someone can tell Shizuku is having a hard time by the fact that Shizuku starts to fidget with her fingers and forces a smile, Shizuku just doesn't understand rejection.
Shizuku isn't like most people, she never seems to have a off button, she is energetic and talks very fast, her strongest point is the fact that she has almost perfect visual memory, which made it easy for her to be a doctor, but Shizuku doesn't pay attention to that, Shizuku's ossue that stopped her from making it to the big leagues and eventually made her retreat into a thrid rate store was the fact that she has an issue remember information not in visual form, the biggest of which Shizuku keeps forgetting is the administration of anesthesia.
Shizuku's voice is more hight pitch than usual but it isn't annoying, she is a fast talker and runs out of breath quickly, she doesn't really go outside the store anymore, the more she isolates, the harder Shizuku finds it to become a social person like how it was supposed to be.
Shizuku knows that she isn't really normal, she is okay with it, but it stings inside because Shizuku wanted nothing more to help people, Shizuku wanted to be able to give people a similar memory to the one she shared with her mother when she was a small child, a memory where she fell over and her mother loving put a bandage over her knee, that stayed with her and all she wanted to do was she wanted to spread it.
Shizuku really regrets the mistake, she doesn't know it but she was very lucky not to loose her license, Shizuku is plagued by the fact that she can't forget the sight of what she did by forgetting the anesthesia, how the patient looked at her, it keeps her up at night, and makes her hands tremble uncontrollably when it comes to mind.
Shizuku has light lilac hair, its messy and unkempt with overgrown bangs that are quite uneven, her eyes are a deep black and have prominent dark circles around them from the sleepless nights, she is quite short and slim and her skin is sligthly towards the paler side.
