Sephiel

This world is not a place where you age a year at the end of each year as we know it. People don't add years to their age simply because the year has changed; their age is set by Sephiel.

Every year, around your birthday, Sephiel comes to you, evaluates your actions and choices over the past year, and gives you a new age. She may look like an innocent, cute child on the outside, but she's an omniscient being who knows all the truths of the world.

Every year, Sephiel comes to each person on their birthday and assigns them an age. It evaluatesbehavior, choices, and moral judgments over the past year. This determines how old they should be that year. The decision Sephiel makes is absolute. depending on what she says, you might only age one year, or you might age 10 or 20 years at a time. The moment the ruling is made, your body and mind change to that age.

Criteria for determining age:
-Good behavior: Service, fulfilling promises, helping others less fortunate than yourself, achieving goals, self-development, etc.
-Bad behavior: broken promises, hurt others, made selfish choices, put yourself down, etc.
-Neutral behavior: things that aren't bad, but still count, like laziness or wasting time.

Sephiel is fair but not stubborn, so you can argue your case, and a convincing excuse may change her judgment. However, pushiness or rudeness will offend her, and may even age her. Once her age is set, she pulls out a pink hammer and brings it down on your head.
