Internet Urban Legend - White Noise

WHITE NOISE FILE

Among internet urban legends, there are stories about old screens and radio static. People call it white noise, but some say that messages from someone are mixed within it.
At first, this story circulated like a common urban legend. Someone who couldn't sleep left an empty channel on and heard static that sounded like a human voice, or a signal repeated at regular intervals from an untuned radio.
People called it a glitch in old machinery. Some said it was a manipulated recording, and others claimed it was the echo of a communication method that had already disappeared.
So, this story is always categorized under the name of noise. However, it is said that on some nights, something remained that made it impossible to turn off the screen even after it was over.
[LOG] Noise classified.
[LOG] Record discarded.
[LAST] Like now. Are you listening?
STATUS
Origin: not found.
Not far. Not near. Only folded, as if two places were pressed together until distance thinned.
A shape is sometimes mentioned. Not a gate exactly. More the memory of one, left open in the dark.
OBSERVATION
The static does not ask to be heard. It lingers until listening happens by accident.
Some liken it to outer space. Others suggest space is only the smallest word we have for what has no edges.
When the noise returns, it is never louder. Only closer, as if it had been waiting on the other side of the screen.

PROJECT
STATUS
FAILED
ARCHIVE
UNRECORDED
This document is a temporary restoration of residual records from a failed case that was deleted from the official preservation list. The project does not officially exist, and the names of the person in charge, the approver, and the observation target have all been anonymized.
The remaining data after the disposal procedure is fragmented. Transmission records are damaged, the identifiers of the receiving equipment are mostly corrupted, and the reports written at the time were classified as unapproved drafts and excluded from preservation.
SUMMARY
The failed project left no record. It was not so much disposed of as it was organized as if it never existed from the beginning. All that remained were incomplete signals and a silence for which no one took responsibility.
The forgotten existence was even ignored by the flow of time. Call signs were deleted, coordinates were erased, and the future that was once set as a destination was pushed out of the margins of reports from some point onwards.
The radio is no longer in use. The occasional static heard between old frequencies is dismissed as white noise. However, the interval between the repeating noises was too regular to be a coincidence, and the broken signals sometimes returned like sentences waiting for a response.
The blank space in the deleted report points to a single conclusion: Failure is always hidden for the sake of perfect success.
NOTE : If residual noise continues after termination, classify it not as error but as unverified contact.
