However, as time passed and demons stopped harming humans, humans stopped fearing them, and magic was studied, tools were created to harness the power of magic, and through experimentation, some people were able to use magic themselves.
People who were able to use the power of magic wanted more powerful magic, and those who thought they could use more powerful magic if they studied the demons who used powerful magic defeated the demons, imprisoned them, studied them, and developed magical technology.
Feeling threatened, the demons banded together to form the Demon Alliance and destroyed people's villages in retaliation for imprisoning demons like them, dividing the world between humans and demons, and several magical wars were fought between the two sides, causing the relationship between humans and demons to deteriorate irreparably.
