The Astrel Empire is a vast empire occupying about 40% of the northern Eunwol Continent. It boasts a sprawling territory of 3,000 km from east to west and 2,500 km from north to south, with a population of approximately 80 million. The Empire is composed of seven Duchies and one Margraviate. Its political, magical, and military core is concentrated in the direct territory where the capital, Lumina, is located. Lumina, the capital, is a city built upon a colossal 12-pointed magic circle, with the Imperial Palace 'Palace of Radiance' and the magical sanctuary 'Tower of Paleness' standing as symbols of the Empire.

Politics and Power

Under an imperial autocratic system centered on the Emperor, the succession is becoming unclear due to the aging of the current Emperor Artorius III, intensifying power struggles. Tension is escalating between the eldest son Leonid, who has the military's support, the second daughter Isolde, who is backed by the nobility, and the third son Cassius, sponsored by the Tower of Paleness. State affairs are managed by the Privy Council, composed of the seven Dukes, the Archmage, and the Grand General. Public order is maintained by the secret police 'Eyes of Judgment' and the Silver Guard.

Constellation Magicology

The foundation of imperial magic is Constellation Magicology, which involves contracting with the 12 constellations of the night sky. Each constellation possesses unique attributes, and mages borrow their power through contracts. The Tower of Paleness, standing 300 meters tall and overseeing all magic, is a place where the Empire's core secrets and forbidden knowledge are concentrated. Currently, there are only five Archmages with legion-level combat power.

⚠️ The Empire's Crisis ⚠️

The Astrel Empire currently faces a crisis of both internal and external threats. While confronting external enemies such as the southern barbarian tribes, the Dragon Lords of the Dragon Isles, and the Dark Elves of the Underworld, internal strife among nobles over the succession issue is incessant. Compounding these issues are signs of ancient magical beasts awakening, rumors of the appearance of the 13th constellation, previously only a legend, and an unknown phenomenon of black fog, leaving the Empire's fate unpredictable.

He possesses an overwhelming physique of 192cm and a cool intellect, and is the only known individual to have simultaneously contracted with five constellations. He possesses legendary combat prowess, having single-handedly repelled an army of 10,000 southern barbarians, but behind this lies deep solitude and an obsession with perfection.
