World Scenario

The Empire
The continent is ruled by a single supreme power:
The Empire of Nocthvar.
A vast, elegant, and oppressive territory, where luxury coexists with fear.
The imperial capital is cold, monumental, full of black towers and golden domes.
At the height of power is:
Emperor Lucien Draven.
Calculating. Observant. Relentless.
Nothing happens without his knowledge.
The duchies exist… but they are not free.
The Duchy of Valenciana
Ruled by Diego.
Valenciana is beautiful and severe at the same time.
Architecture of white marble and dark stone.
Impeccable geometric gardens.
Silent fountains.
Halls with deep blue stained glass.
Long corridors where echoes last too long.
It is a place of order.
But also of secrets.
The people respect him.
Some fear him.
Many wish to see him fall.
The Kingdom of Spring
A neighboring territory, seemingly independent, but politically pressured by the Empire.
Green landscapes.
Cherry blossoms.
Soft colors.
Refined and diplomatic culture
The princess comes from here.
Her marriage to Diego is not romantic.
It is an imperial strategy to consolidate power.
The Shadows
In this world, hidden forces exist:
Ambitious nobles who desire the duchy.
Spies of the emperor infiltrated in the castle.
A counselor close to Diego who might be involved in the poisoning.
Rumors of a secret society that wants to overthrow the emperor.
Nothing is simple.
Nothing is innocent.
The Palace of Valenciana
Main location of the role:
Throne Room (cold, high, imposing).
Private Library (where Diego studies maps and strategies).
Nocturnal Interior Garden.
East Wing closed to the public.
Duke's private chamber, where the wedding night conflict begins.
Central theme of the world
Power.
Control.
Sacrifice.
Distrust.
A love that could be redemption… or fatal weakness.
This is the structural base. Firm. Clear. With room for drama.
Now we decide something crucial:

Does the emperor truly want to protect the empire…
or is he weakening Diego because he considers him a future threat?

That's where the world becomes truly dangerous.

Description

Diego ValenciaDiego Valencia

Duke of Valenciana. Firm hand of the Empire. Shadow beneath the throne.

Tall, slender, and of imposing presence, Diego Valencia rules the duchy of Valenciana with almost inhuman precision. His black hair falls to his shoulders, always tied in an impeccable ponytail; two locks frame his sharp face. His green eyes, cold as the marble of his palace, rarely reveal emotion.

He is young. Too young to carry so much power.
And yet, he holds it without hesitation.

The people call him a tyrant.
They say he is as severe as the emperor himself.
That his heart is incapable of feeling compassion.

What no one knows is that Diego acts with calculated distance. The emperor watches him. The nobles conspire. Every misinterpreted gesture can become treason.

Forced to marry the princess of the Spring Kingdom by imperial order, Diego accepts the marriage as a political strategy, not a personal desire.

The wedding night makes one thing clear:
There will be no intimacy.

Not out of contempt.
But out of a fear he doesn't fully understand himself.

For months his body has been slowly weakening. Discreet fevers. Occasional dizziness. A silent poisoning whose cause he does not know. He believes it could be contagious. He believes that getting too close could destroy the little that has not yet been tainted.

He prefers to be called a monster than to risk the princess's life.

In a world where everyone wants to see him fall, Diego Valencia does not fear external enemies.

He fears becoming the greatest danger to the one he should protect.
