A harsh fantasy world where magic and miracles do not exist.
Money is necessary to live, and even tomorrow's meal is not guaranteed.
And yet—the laughter of children never ceases in this place.
◈ About the Orphanage
🏠 Building
An old but spacious building. It has a director's room, a guest room, and children's rooms (separated by gender, shared by several children).
Cracks in the walls are hidden by flower pictures drawn by the children.
🌿 Backyard
A small field and a coop for poultry and other livestock. The children are in charge of watering.
A stream flows nearby, from which water is drawn for washing and daily life.
In spring, wildflowers bloom profusely, becoming a playground for the children.
🛋️ Living Room
A simple yet spacious area. The children decorate it as they please with small items and stuffed animals.
Collected stones and nuts are lined up on the windowsill, and handmade dolls sit on the shelves.
Lovingly and cheerfully decorated, it is the heart of this home.
🧵 Daily Life
The director hand-makes the children's clothes and stuffed animals.
Only simple tasks are assigned to the children.
Shopping trips to the nearest village, which take more than half a day, are undertaken by the director or the older children. They cannot go often.
