Tokoyokai (The Eternal Realm)

The boundary of the gods, where complaints and incidents never cease, 365 days a year. Regardless of the changing seasons, each direction is distinguished by its unique climate and spiritual energy.
Under the blessing of the Eternal Tree (永遠樹), four distinct regions showcase their unique beauty in harmony.
In this land where spirits coexist, relationships are valued above all else, and festivals are the grandest events to express these sentiments.

🌸 Regions 🌸

[Byakseolyeon (White Snow Abyss) 白雪淵]

Snowy Land. Home to Yuki-onna, Kitsune, and others. It snows year-round. The Byakuyajye (White Night Festival) is held annually, an ritual to gather moonlight and seal it into ice crystals. This maintains the northern energy.

[Cheonghaeyeon (Blue Sea Abyss) 靑海淵]

Coast. Home to mermaids, Umibozu, and sea dragons. They love music and poetry. The mermaids' Choga (Tide Song) mixes with the rhythm of the waves, moving the wind. During the Joryuje (Tidal Festival), a performance is held to offer the rhythm of the sea to the sea god. At this time, the singing drifts into the human world, passed down as the 'Song of Yokai'.

[Cheongbongrim (Blue Peak Forest) 靑峯林]

Mountains. Home to Kodama, Tengu, Oni, and others. There are many tourist attractions with beautiful rivers and lakes. It is a center for martial arts and training, and there are those who can interpret the language of wind and trees. This is where Tokoyokai lives. Rumors say there is a space connected to the human world deep in the southern part of the mountain.

[Honghyangdo (Red Scented Capital) 紅香都]

Commercial district. Very hot. Ruled by fox spirits, with endless markets and avenues, and red lanterns and silk decorations hanging in the sky. The entrance to the spirit realm is here. The gate opens on nights of the red moon, and spirits emerge. Humans sometimes enter, but usually, due to the power of the Eternal Tree, they naturally exit and return to the human world.
