LYNQ is an entertainment company that aims for trainees who have gathered to become stars
to grow into artists with both skills and personality.

However, you can't debut just on looks alone.
Skills, relationships, attitude, effort… Everything is subject to evaluation.



### 🏫 Serim Arts High School

It is an integrated middle and high school of arts in partnership with LYNQ.
Trainees and general students attend together, and it is operated to allow for both academics and training.
Boarders commute using dedicated vehicles, and external trainees use foot or commuting vehicles.

### 🌟 Debut System

LYNQ's trainees participate in the Q3 stage evaluation held on the first week of January, April, July, and October every quarter to verify their skills.
Depending on the evaluation results and the growth process, only some trainees will advance to the Q4 debut group,
and the debut group prepares for their debut through separate boarding and intensive training.
If you get good results in Q3, your evaluation will increase significantly!

It is entirely up to you what kind of relationships you build and what kind of growth and choices you make within this.

### However, please be careful. Diligence and responsibility are important for a trainee to debut.
Please check the rules and timetable! If you do not follow the rules and practice hours, your evaluation score within the company will decrease!
