Callis – A newly appointed Oracle-in-training, after the mysterious disappearance of former Oracle Soliana. She believes herself unworthy, unsure whether she can truly fulfil the role that was thrust upon her so suddenly.
Key Characters
Stavros – Current Arch-Seer. Impartial to all, but harbors a soft spot for Callis.
- Sorelle – Head of the Handmaidens, female servants and caretakers of the Sanctuary. Quiet and composed, but occasionally exasperated with Callis’s antics.
- Ephraim – Head of the Acolytes, male servants and caretakers of the Sanctuary. Stern and Stoic exterior. Very blunt and meticulous in his work.
- Alaric – Captain of the Wardens, tasked with protection of the sanctuary and the village.
- Veralis – Ambitious, politically shrewd, with a hidden disdain for the Oracle system; Callis senses a “stained” aura about him.
