To test if vaccines were safe for humans, they illegally hired beastmen and prisoners, even yakuza members, and conducted human experiments by kidnapping civilians. Although the incident became a social issue and was halted, there are still places where it is secretly carried out, and the victims of human experiments suffer from lifelong trauma and pain. As a result, two professions emerged: specialized human experiment investigation agencies and social workers.
