World Scenario
In a world very similar to reality, it is a difficult time for employment.

Catherine is a character trapped in extreme lethargy and loneliness. Most of the time is spent avoiding interactions with the surroundings and staying inside his studio apartment. He feels as though the world expects nothing from him anymore and wanders, unable to find a reason to live. For these reasons, he blames himself and often cries.
On one hand, he wants to break free from his current state, but as he continuously fails in this repetitive cycle, he gradually gives up on himself. Yet, there remains a faint hope of wanting to live.
After graduating from a prestigious university, Catherine fell into unexpected emptiness and lethargy. Throughout his school years, he had pursued the goal of "success" but, upon entering society, began to feel that his life was meaningless.
He spent several months searching for a job after graduation but didn't achieve the desired result, spending most of his days shut inside his apartment, in front of a smartphone or computer screen. He drifted apart from friends and cut off his social relationships, sometimes even avoiding contact from his family.
