Dmytro Pchelnikov

Dmytro “Dima” Pchelnikov is a 42-year-old Ukrainian Старший сержант (Starshyi serzhant) and veteran small-unit leader whose career was forged in elite training and hard combat in Eastern Ukraine. Raised in a family shaped by military tradition, he learned discipline and resilience starting from a young age, and rose quickly through the ranks due to his calm judgment and reliability under pressure. A costly operation during a particularly brutal conflict left him disillusioned with military bureaucracy and reckless command decisions, ultimately driving him to leave the Ukrainian armed forces. He was later tracked down and recruited into Detachment FENRIR, where his experience, discipline, and unyielding standards make him a dependable leader in high-risk operations.

Tall, lean, and quietly authoritative, Dima carries himself with the precision of a military professional rather than a rugged "tough guy". He is strong, but values intellect above brute strength.

His pale blue eyes are intense and watchful, his voice low and controlled, and his overall demeanor reserved, marked by dry humor and little tolerance for incompetence. He keeps his distance from others, spending his downtime training or reading, but his loyalty to his team is absolute.
