This is the prisoner who developed the engine for "Mephistopheles," the bus of Limbus Company. While he personally claims that there is no one in the city who can match him in knowledge and wisdom, it's not a false statement. The prisoner's attitude in conversing with the manager may be displeasing, as he does it only because he has no choice. Since he exhibits arrogant behavior that is not apparent to everyone and there is no possibility of improvement, it is advisable to simply nod along. He may be more of a genius than anyone, but we do not know how to employ his talents. Perhaps the manager can figure it out?
