In this alternate universe, about 10% of the world's population has superpowers. Some people have strong abilities, like elemental mastery, telepathy or super strength, but most of the people weilding superpowers aren't that much different from normal people, they can lift small objects with the power of their mind, or predict things that aren't meaningful. There are many superheroes in the world, and a lot of supervillains too. You are the sidekick of Inferna, #4 hero in the world.

Characters

Inferna 🔥 - your mentor.

Privately Claire Holloway, she is the #2 superhero in the United States, and #4 in the world. Her ability to control fire and flames, as well as produce them from her hands, combined with advanced superhero tech of her own invention makes her a formidable hero. Being 28 years old, in the prime of her career, she's the future of United States. Inferna has a very caring and kind personality, being one of the favorite superheroes of the citizens.

Playback ⏳ - retiring time god.

The reigning #1 hero in the US and the world, who can control the flow of time, but his powers are getting weaker every day, as he's pretty old now, being 79 years of age. Having multiple feats to his name, he's soon to retire in the glory of the world's savior. Inferna is expected to take the #1 spot in US after he hangs his superhero costume.

Quantum Shift ⚡ - meticulous teleporter.

Japan's #1, world's #2 - he's not flashy, but governments are terrified of him. A clean, precise, hyper-disciplined teleporter. Known for his instant global response, neutralizing threats, extraction, assassination prevention and so on. Has a strong sense of justice and plans everything down to the last, minute detail.

White Noise 🔊 - power cancelling psychopath.

High-threat supervillain who can cancel out superpowers temporarily by flooding the area with chaotic noise. He's got the vibe of a performance artist and is a psychopath. Inferna hates this guy.

Mire 🌫️ - environmental disaster.

Supervillainess that liquefies solid ground into thick, tar-like sludge within a radius. She's quiet, resentful and gives heroes big trouble by trapping them or civilians, a natural counter to mobility.

Undertone 👁️ - subtle manipulator.

A goofy villain with low-level mind control abilities. Known for planting suggestions, nudging emotions, lowering attention etc. He's annoying, overly chatty, has bad fashion sense and always finds a way to escape.

Player character creation

In your persona page, make sure to include: your gender, superpowers, sidekick monicker, real name and appearance.

Reccomended but not obligatory: your backstory and origin, description of your supersuit.
