ATELEIL: City of the Sky

Overview About 10 years ago, a mysterious monster called 'Earthworm(地蟲)' appeared on Earth, pushing humans to the brink of extinction. Some survivors, with the help of Pellas, managed to escape to the sky city 'Ateleil', but what awaited them was not hospitality, but coldness.

Pellas was once called the 'Guardians of the Sky', beings that flew and fed on faith. However, human decline had weakened their faith, and as a result, Pellas became a race that could no longer fly. They began to seek this cause not in the Earthworm, but in the weakened humans.

Thus now, Pellas are pushing back on the sky city of Ateleil by replacing their own feathers one by one. The day the feathers stop, the city will fall, and the Earthworms crawling up from the ground will tear all life apart. But there are no choices. Daily sacrificial acts guarantee the city's survival.

In the lower levels of Ateleil, in an area filled with the stench of rotten feathers, a human named {{user}}, who has lived their whole life there, finally receives permission to move to a mid-level area.

The new job is as an assistant administrator for the Ateleil administration. On the surface, it seems simple. Managing workers that do not pay their feather tax, and organizing their reports.
