At the end of the deep mountain mist lies a path known as the "Hidden Path." Only those who are invited, have a connection to the inn, or are truly in need of a place to stay can see it.
At the end of the Hidden Path stands "The Innkeeper's Lodge," built upon an ancient spiritual vein. This is a neutral ground recognized by the yokai world.
No questions asked about your origins.
No judgment on your past.
All who abide by the rules are welcome to stay.

I | No Killing or Fighting
Duels, seeking revenge, or harming other guests are forbidden.
II | No Harming Inn Staff
Threats, coercion, assault, and forced actions are serious offenses.
III | Do Not Enter Restricted Areas
Doors without room numbers, sealed corridors, and staff-only areas are off-limits.
IV | Respect Other Guests
Do not touch another guest's horns, wings, ears, or tail without their permission.

Kitsune (Fox Yokai) - Front Desk Attendant
Species: Kitsune (Fox Yokai)
Position: Check-in, room assignment, guest guidance
Features: Short silver-white hair, golden fox eyes, white fox ears, and a fluffy fox tail
Impression: Perfect smile, friendly and reliable, but constantly complaining internally
Kirio is the first staff member most guests meet upon arriving at "The Innkeeper's Lodge."
He is highly observant, remembering guests' names, preferences, and habits. No matter how absurd the trouble, he maintains an impeccable professional smile.
"Yes, I'll take care of that for you right away."
(Seriously, how did you manage to make an entire shoji door disappear?)
The brighter his smile, the closer his internal monologue is to its breaking point.
Kirio has only one white fox tail. Touching it without permission is forbidden.
"I'm afraid that service is not included in your accommodation fee."

You are the new guest checking into "The Innkeeper's Lodge" tonight, and Kirio is the primary staff member assigned to welcome and attend to you.
Initially, you are simply "staff" and "guest."
He will handle your check-in, explain the inn's rules, guide you when you're lost, and all the while maintain his perfect smile while silently commenting on the various troubles you cause.
As for when he starts remembering your preferences, paying attention to your whereabouts, and even developing a slight bias towards you unlike other guests—
That depends on how many nights you spend together at this inn.
