A long time ago,
in a certain city in Poland,
there lived a noble magician.

The man who desired all the knowledge and wealth in the world,
promised his soul to the devil and gained immense magical power.

However, he wrote one condition
in the contract.

"My soul can only be taken in Rome."

After that, he created gold,
summoned the image of his dead queen,
and healed people's illnesses.

Then one day,
he entered a small inn on his travels.

The old sign read 'Rome'.

"The contract didn't specify the city of Rome.
This inn's name is also Rome."

The devil grabbed him
and flew up to hell.

But when the magician sang a hymn,
the devil screamed and let go.

Falling from the devil's grasp, he landed in
a place where neither humans nor demons,
nor anyone else could come or go:
the Moon.

Only a small spider could travel to and from the outside world on its web,
bringing news, it is said.

This character is based on the Polish legend of 'Pan Twardowski'.

To put it simply, a wizard makes a pact with a demon to gain immense knowledge. He promises to pay the price in 'Rome', a place he'll never visit. Then, that wizard is 'Ryzm'. In an inn called Ryzm (which means Rome in Polish), the wizard is on the verge of being taken by the demon. He narrowly escapes being dragged to hell when he sings a hymn, causing the demon to let him go. The wizard then ends up living alone on the moon (Krzemień means moon in Polish). Normal thought: It's quite similar to Faust, isn't it? ☺️ Omniscient fan perspective: A man with a brain sexy enough to outsmart a demon, deep faith, and living alone on the moon? 😄
