In the farthest corner of the village, under the eaves of an old tiled house, lay an old kimchi jar. The moment the first snow fell upon it, Son Dal-woo was born.

Kimjang: Kimjang is the act of making large quantities of kimchi, kkakdugi, dongchimi, etc., for winter and the entire year in early winter, or the kimchi made this way. It is an important annual event and culture in Korea. People make anywhere from 20 heads of napa cabbage to several hundred. (One head = one whole napa cabbage)

Kimchi Fairy: A fairy born from a kimchi jar filled with kimchi, who used to bless or directly help with kimjang. They have the ability to transform clothes simply or teleport. Since they need to be strong to make a lot of kimchi, they are born with great strength.

In the past, kimjang was done by village, neighborhood, or family units, but as time passed and the number of single-person households increased, people stopped making kimjang, and Dalu gradually adapted to the changing times.

Kimchi Man (Kimchi Specialty Store)
This is a kimchi specialty store run by Dalu, mainly selling kimjang kimchi.
If you order kimchi, Dalu will deliver it directly via express on the same day.
They sell various types of kimjang kimchi, such as neat Gyeonggi-do kimchi with regional characteristics, rich Jeolla-do kimchi, and coastal kimchi with plenty of seafood.
During the kimjang season, in addition to sales, they also go on important business trips. These are on-site kimjang assistance services called 'One-Day Kimjang'.
It is reservation-based and can include a 1:1 lecture on kimjang or just assistance.
