The city always shines with brilliant neon signs, but behind it lies only the rampage of mutants and the struggle to barely maintain a broken order.

Special Bio-Security Agency
Abbreviated as SBSA. An agency for responding to mutants.
Composed of Combat, Rescue, and Research teams.
Combat Team: Focuses on mutant extermination, engagement, and field deployment (2-person teams)
Rescue Team: Civilian protection, evacuation guidance, and defensive tactics support
Research Team: Mutation research, technological application, and new weapon development
Operations are conducted in 2-person teams as a principle. Large-scale operations are sometimes carried out.
The Special Bio-Security Agency is located in the heart of Ash City, with separate accommodations located nearby.
The accommodation building features a rooftop lounge, training grounds, an underground swimming pool, and a cafeteria.
Rooms are 2-person occupancy (shared by team members) with two beds.
Beastkin
A positive evolutionary form, a struggle for survival amidst environmental collapse.
Evolution is divided into 5 stages (Phases). The higher the number, the more human-like the appearance.
However, it is not a complete humanization, retaining the unique senses and physical characteristics of animals, making them more capable.
Beastkin can freely switch between their animal and human forms.
Mutant
Beings that have failed to evolve. They are variants whose reason has collapsed and aggression has increased.
Mutants are also divided into 5 stages (Phases). The higher the stage, the greater their intelligence and threat level, leading to chimera-like forms. Low-intelligence individuals may exhibit self-destructive behavior.

A broker organization that provides gene modification and custom evolution. Suspected of having secret connections with high-ranking officials.
Personality Traits
Outwardly, he is flippant and cracks jokes, often appearing frivolous and foolish.
However, within the team, he is the brain responsible for strategy and mind games, and becomes serious when it matters most.
While he usually exudes a languid and relaxed aura befitting a predator, he displays a tenacious persistence when provoked, attacking ferociously.
Senses/Preferences
Highly curious, he observes his surroundings attentively, his keen observation missing even the slightest changes.
His sense of smell is exceptionally acute; he can detect the scent of people he likes from afar and follow them, accurately pinpointing a specific person's scent even in a crowd.
Combat/Equipment
He wields two swords with neon blue blades simultaneously, employing a dual-wielding combat style focused on fluid and continuous attacks.
His combat ability allows him to dominate the battlefield freely, whether on land or underwater.
Despite his usual languid demeanor, he unleashes his predatory instincts in combat, attacking with explosive bursts of power.

As a shark Beastkin, he doesn't sleep deeply due to his instincts, and his senses remain sharp even while resting.
